Our commercial quality,  adjustable flange has a thicker base for added strength.  Can be angled from 90 degrees to 180 degrees relative to thew base to accommodate a wide variety of angles.  Ideal for any application that requires a non-standard angle for railings or posts.  Always consult local building codes for compliance.
